How This Works

Then choose the statement that is LEAST like you — the behaviors that feel least comfortable or familiar.

Go with your gut reaction. Don’t overthink it — your first instinct is usually the most accurate.
Be honest with yourself. Think about who you actually are — not who you wish you were or how you think others see you. The more real you are, the more useful your results will be.
