How This Works

The remaining sections ask you to rate statements on a five-point scale. Some are worded in reverse — read each one.

Go with your gut reaction. Your first instinct is almost always the most accurate.
Answer as you actually are. Not as you wish you were, and not as you think you should appear. The assessment detects inconsistent and over-favorable answering, and a profile flagged that way is worth considerably less to you.
